"June 10, 2026- Thank you, thank you, thank you! As always, I receive nothing but the best from Lisa B, and Emily, and State Farm. Life can get hard sometimes, but SF is and has always been here for me! The following is an old review that I forgot to submit… Sept 2025. Thank you Lisa Reyes and State Farm! Lisa, you are rock solid and I appreciate you and I am grateful to you for all of your help and support every time I needed you you were there for me! My catalytic converter was stolen, just previously I was stranded on the highway with a flat tire, and there have been other situations I needed Lisa and State Farm and they were there for me 100% and I am so grateful to Lisa and State Farm!!"

"I did a 5 star review only 2 months ago! Which is when I started a policy. That very same policy is 3 months behind because the system pays itself in hopes of actual payment. My payments went from 323 and change to 399 apparently. When I saw a problem with my auto bill. I called and was told there was not issue. After 3 calls someone told me that the system backdated my policy by one month and she would let the billing department know so they can reach out and fix the problem. Never heard from them. After 7 called and 4 people telling me that they will call back and never did. The issue grow and grow. 323 and change to almost 800 without even missing a payment. To 1150 and now only missing one payment. -1000/10 I would never again. Even showing the quote that I got with the policy didn’t help fix the issue"

A backdating issue that goes unresolved after 7 calls, with no follow-through from our billing team, is unacceptable. You should never have had to fight this hard to fix a problem that wasn't yours to begin with. I want to make this right personally. "The reason they have five star cause they are in Pantego everything in Pantego five start but the reality it’s far far far from five start After we paid for almost 9 years more than 10,000 for the house insurance and every time I called to have something fixed that cost a lot of money they will deny it so I would never recommend State Farm for anyone"

"After being frustrated for several weeks dealing with another insurance company which provided slow progress, delay excuses and lackluster results, I contacted Ashley at Ray Givens State Farm to secure the insurance coverage that I needed.
